These terms govern your use of Cramby (the “Service”), including the website at cramby.app and our desktop and mobile apps. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Cramby.
Your account
You need an account to use most of Cramby. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Cramby; if you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — lecture recordings, documents, notes and anything else (“Your Content”). You give us permission to store and process Your Content only to run the Service for you: generating notes, lessons, quizzes, flashcards, podcasts and tutor answers. Only upload material you have the right to use. Don’t upload content that is illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights.
AI-generated material
Cramby uses AI models to create study material from Your Content. AI can make mistakes. Generated material is provided to help you learn; check important facts against your course materials, and don’t rely on Cramby for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Cramby to cheat on assessments where AI assistance isn’t allowed.
- Don’t try to break, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the Service or its AI features.
- Don’t share your account or resell access to Cramby.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Cramby has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. AI credits reset monthly and don’t roll over.
Connected services
You can optionally connect other services (for example Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion or Clerval). Cramby only acts in those services when you ask it to, and actions that change something there need your approval first. Their own terms also apply.
Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these terms. If changes are significant we’ll let you know before they take effect. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Cramby is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
